Let me tell you in which type of sentences you have to use 'Did' and 'Have/ Has.'
Did - It is used to ask questions in the Past Simple Tense.
Did - It is used to ask questions in the Past Simple Tense.
Explanation- If you are asking something about a specific time or point in the Past then you should use 'Did.' You can use did with all subjects.

Trick - Add Past time in the sentence if it sounds correct then use 'did' in your sentence. If it does not sound correct then use 'Have' in your sentence.
